Q1: Can I get a sample? A: Yes, we can provide existing samples for quality reference. Q2: Do you offer logo and packaging customization? A: Yes. We provide OEM/ODM services and can customize logo, color, and packaging according to your design.

Q1: Do you offer FOB or CIF prices? A: We can offer FOB,CFR, CIF, or EXW prices according to the customer’s request. Q2: What are your payment terms? A: Normally, we accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). L/C or Alibaba Trade Assurance can also be discussed.

Q1: What is your production lead time? A: Usually 25–35 days after sample approval. It may take longer during the peak season. Q2: Which port do you ship from? A: We usually ship from Ningbo Port, but other ports can be arranged if required.
